Accounts is an optional component that can be purchased separately to handle your bookkeeping in InfoMine. It enables you to record your everyday income and expenses and subsequently to generate detailed or summary reports or use the intuitive query by form facility to find specific entries based on full or partial criteria in any field.

If Accounts is available on your system it can be accessed from the Main Switchboard which appears on loading InfoMine and on exiting from most forms. If you have purchased the Accounts package but the Accounts command button is dimmed on the Switchboard you may need to reload the Accounts tables using the User Options command which brings up the Setup user options form. Tick the Accounts radio button if it is not already ticked.
