When entering contact details for contacts, such as email addresses, phone and fax numbers, be sure to enter the full details required to make a connection with them from your present location. For example, if a US operator is entering the phone number of an Australian contact they should include the international dial code for Australia along with the area code and number. An Australian dealer entering the same phone number need only enter the area code and number. This is especially important for Fax numbers. If your computer has a modem attached and is configured to send faxes using Microsoft Office facilities, you can fax to any contact or list of contacts directly from The application. In the fax you can include pre existing standard messages along with views (groups of records selected by you) or lists you wish to offer them etc.

In all cases enter the same numbers and codes that are required when you were connecting to that contact manually.
