Outputting records directly to Word is simply a matter of

• selecting an output format that has Word specified as the destination

• or selecting Word as the alternate destination on the output form.

Records are formatted as specified by the output format you selected. When finished outputting InfoMine starts up Word unless it is already running, and imports the records. To view the output click on Word on the taskbar.

You can now manipulate the text using Word for Windows.

The file produced includes an index to the sections with the ranges of entry numbers in each section.
