Sales totals – Daily totals, Z and X Totals

Sales totals can be displayed, saved to file and printed using the Sales Totals screen. From the POS Summary screen click the Sales Total button. Options are available to select the workstation and date range totals are to be displayed for.

The totals display sales totals for the period, processed on a specific terminal or on all terminals. A password is required to view totals from any other terminal. Totals can be printed or saved to file. In addition a list of all payments can be printed or output to Excel.

Z-totals and X-totals

Use the Z-Read and X-Read to display totals for specific shift periods, on individual terminals, within a day period. A Z-total gives totals since the last Z-Total was carried out. It also flags the end of the current Z-total period. An X-Read is used to give progressive totals since the last Z-Read. It does not end the totals period.

Items Shipped

Show a listing of all items Shipped during the period. A report can be printed or the data exported to Excel showing items sold, the cost and selling price and the number sold and various properties.

Activities

Bookmine stores an activity record for every action performed related to invoices and credits. This means even if the original invoice is lost due to deletion a record is kept in the background of all the significant events relating to transactions. The log file cannot be modified by users. Administrators can view and print this log file.
