Setting up Default envelope sizes

You can specify four default envelope sizes to be used. These should be the sizes you use most often. If you use more than four sizes you can select alternative sizes at the time of printing. You can also specify which of these four default sizes is automatically selected when the Envelope/Label screen is opened.

Each envelope size can be printed with or without your Logos and your contact information. Before you can print envelopes for the first time you must associate a size with each of the four defaults you wish to use. You will be prompted to set margins etc. Follow carefully the instructions. Typical problems are that the envelope prints on 2 or 4 pages. This indicates a mismatch between the envelope dimensions you specified in envelope setup and the paper size and the printer margin settings set when the envelope is previewed for printing. If for example you specify 220mm X 162mm in Envelope setup, the size for C5, you must then print preview the envelope and select the appropriate paper size from the list of those available in the printer driver.
