Transfer Item to another PO

Sometime you may wish to order an item from an alternate supplier due to price, availability or other reason. This can be done from within an active PO using the transfer command. If there are no other current active suppliers for the item you will be prompted to select a supplier or create a new supplier. Follow the prompts.

If the supplier you select does not already supply the item you will be presented with the Item Supply Conditions for that item from the new supplier. Fill in as many fiedls as possible as these will be reused again and again in future.

You will then be prompted to edit the order quantities etc. On completion you can optionally view the PO the item was transferred to.
