There are several ways to specify the ReplyTo (equivalent to the From address) for any email sent from Bookmine. The current default ReplyTo/From address is specified on the From Address of the active email profile. This is accessed from the Main Email form - Mail and Internet Options - Modify (the Current Active profile)

The ReplyTo/From address actually used for each email is dependent on the Operator logged in and the Workstation being used as determined by the following rlues -

1 - Operator ReplyTo  - If the Operator has a specific ReplyTo address specified for them (this is specified in the Operator Setup area under Administration mode) this address will be used whenever they are logged in, irrespective of workstation.

2 - Workstation ReplyTo - If no Operator specific ReplyTo is specified then the Local Worksation ReplyTo, if specified, will be used. If specified this ReplyTo will be used for all emails from this workstation, irrespective of the operator logged in.

3 - Organisation ReplyTo - If neither the Operator or Workstation ReplyTo have been specified then the Organisation's ReplyTo address will be used. This is the global address specified in the Organisation's ReplyTo field.

So in effect the Organisation's ReplyTo will be used for all outgoing emails unless overridden by an Operator or Workstation ReplyTo.
