Adding/Removing Online Wants

The Standard online Catalogue is your interface to all your inventory on all OLBs. The Stock form and the Request form have commands buttons specifically for adding and removing items to/from the OLBs.

There are several ways that items can be added/removed to/from your online inventory. These are:

• Via two toggle command buttons, Add Online For Sale/Remove online for Sale and Add online As Want/Remove online Want, on the Stock and Requests form which are the most convenient and direct method to manipulate your online inventory.

• By adding items directly to the Standard online Catalogue, just as you would add to any catalogue. Items can be removed directly using the Remove command on the Catalogue form.

• By selling items. As items are sold or you change the number of copies to 0 they are automatically flagged for removal on the next update(Refresh Online Catalogues).

If an item is currently online as a Want a tick appears alongside the “Online As Want” box and the Remove online As Want command button text is RED. If ticked, clicking this command button will flag the item to be removed from on-line on the next refresh. If not ticked you can send the item online with a click of the same button. If the item is already online For Sale you will not be allowed to proceed until you remove it For Sale.
