The Output Format Screen

The output format Screen is used to view, modify and specify new output formats. To display this Screen go to the Output Screen (Alt^P from most forms) and click on the Preview/Modify Formats comand button. You are presented with the details of the format currently selected on the Output form. If you wish to view a different format select it from the drop down list provided at the top of the Screen or type its name into the field provided. If the name you enter does not match an existing entry you will be asked if you wish to Set up a new output format.
