Adding a new Pacstream Supplier


Over time Pacstream will inform you about changes to EDI suppliers. This may involve a change of SAN, conditions of supply or may be a new supplier that is not listed already.

Note: Adding a new supplier is only required if the supplier is not already in the list of Pacstream Suppliers. Make sure to check the list  of participating suppliers before proceeding. The supplier may be listed under an alternative name.


  1. Go to the Main Switchboard and click the User Options command. A password is required. The password is either the standard user confirmation password or an Admin password depending on how BookMine is configured.
  2. Click on the PacStream EDI command
  3. Click on the tab Manage PacStream Suppliers


Use the Add a New Pacstream Supplier to add the new supplier and follow the instructions. Carefully fill in the Suppliers Name and SAN  as provided by Pacstream for this supplier. Then link the supplier to the equivalent supplier in Bookmine using the Configure button.

Note:An incorrect SAN means you will not be able to order electronically.
