Rewards Administration

There are several locations used to administer the rewards program. See activating and setup for details on setting up.


To create a view of all customers that have Award Credits outstanding use the View/Find command from the main Contacts form and click the “Invoice related” button. From here you can specify that you want to see all customers with outstanding credits. In addition you can specify any other criteria in conjunction with this, such as limiting to those from a particular state or to those with email addresses This latter view can be added to a temporary email distribution list and included as the recipients to an email, reminding them that the credit can be collected (and also reminding them that there is a time limit, if one was specified during setup).


A list of all Award Credits limited to specific time periods can also be displayed using the View find from the main Transactions summary form. Select the appropriate TransClass from the drop down list on the Query form. Add any other criteria you wish to specify.


Point can also be manually adjusted from the main Rewards form, if the need arises.
