At present there are several online bookstores (OLBs) on the Internet that specialise in new, used, secondhand and antiquarian books and prints. To get started you must first arrange an account on each of the OLBs you wish to subscribe to. When you contact them they will let you know their terms of trade which vary greatly from one OLB to the next. They will provide you with a user name and password for you to connect to your account on their system so that you can upload and update your online records (by uploading the files output by Bookmine when you use the Refresh Online Records command).
When you sign up you must negotiate with them on the precise file formats to be used for adding and removing records online. If they accept the UIEE format, which fortunately most do, you can use the pre configured OLB formats that are already set up in Bookmine. Otherwise see here for details on how to negotiate upload specifications with an OLB.
Once agreed upon you configure Bookmine to automatically output all the required files for the new OLB.
