To open the OLB Details maintenance form Go to Output form - Click Online Cats Tab - Click Setup modify Online Bookstores - Click the “Options Specific to OLB” TAB – Select the OLB you wish to modify from the drop down list - Click Setup/Modify OLB Details.

This opens the OLB maintenance form. From here you can create a new OLB, or change the specifications for an existing OLB. It displays the 4 files and formats for uploading to the selected OLB.

You can change the output file or specify a different format for any of the upload functions (Add for Sale, Delete for Sale, Add as Want, Remove Want) from here. If you click Format button to change the format used and press Cancel instead of selecting a format, you will be prompted that if you continue the format will be canceled and no more output will go to that function. For example to stop sending Wants Add/Remove to a specific OLB click the button "Wants Add Format" and then click Cancel instead of selecting a format. Agree to stop sending wants and it gets rid of the Wants Add format. Do the same for the Wants delete format. Note: changes only affect the selected OLB. All others will behave as before.
